Repair/Replacement/Exchange/Refund Policy

BW Designs is a small, woman-owned, home business where you will find unparalleled customer service, so unlike the larger corporations we all must deal with every day.  Your emails will be answered within hours and I am willing to provide references from my customers - I do not have any that were unsatisfied with my work or my customer service.  Just ask! In light of that, please keep in mind, refunds are difficult for me as I use the income from my jewelry creations to keep up with my living expenses. I am willing to correct, adjust or fix anything that you have purchased. I will exchange or replace any item - including changing the sizing to fit your needs. I am NOT able to offer refunds at this time so if you are ordering to see if you like something with the idea of requesting a refund, please don't. As mentioned above, I will stand behind my products and I take great care to make sure my customers are happy with their purchases.

Bead Wizardry Designs offers LIFETIME repair or replacement on any beaded jewelry item purchased from this website for a nominal charge (see below)!  All pieces are guaranteed for life if there is a defect in manufacturing at no charge, ie. the beading wire, components and/or my work.. Breakage from normal wear and tear, etc. is not considered a defect.

Pieces should be restrung annually if worn often. Maintenance and  repair is available for a nominal fee. Unless all or most beads are intact, in order to assess the cost to restring/replace/repair a piece I will need to see it and then will email you the cost. At that time, you can decide to have it repaired/replaced or shipped back "as is".

If a refund is given, item(s) must be returned within 60 days of receipt in exactly the same condition as it went out minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is not refunded in any instance. 

We are not responsible for lost or broken items during shipping but do provide insurance if paid for with the order. You are responsible for providing a correct mailing address with your order. Return shipping charges will apply if the submitted address is incorrect. We will pay for return shipping if it is our error.

Custom requests are non-returnable. Payment is required before beginning a project and I send photos before completing an item for approval before shipping.  Of course there might always be an issue with sizing and that is provided just as above for a nominal charge of course.
